We undertake turnkey Waste to Biogas and Power Projects. Our scope of work includes construction and fabrication of biogas plant, feed preparation plant, pre-digester plant, digester plant, solar slurry drying system, H2S and CO2 Scrubber, biogas engine coupled with Generator, control panels etc. Good quality of organic manure is a value added by product obtained in all the biogas projects. These projects will be categorised under Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) eligible to get carbon credits and subsidies from MNRE.

Many Food industries like distilleries, Starch factories, Processed and Packing food materials and Paper and Pulp plants, produce effluents which have to be treated in Effluent Treatment plants. Biogas can be generated in large quantity if these effluents are treated in Anaerobic plant. We provide total turnkey services for such projects, where power plant of various capacities can be set up. These plants are eligible to get subsidies.

The overflow and or leakage of septic tank or drainage system create severe environmental problems and public nuisance. Sewage Treatment Plants can be incorporated with Biogas Plants to yield a good quantity of biogas. This biogas after purification can be used for biogas and power generation to meet their requirement. This will make them self reliant.

All domestic bio waste including wastewater can be treated hygienically, which produces a very good cooking fuel. It helps to prevent the tendency to throw waste in roads and public places. Generation of cooking gas at houses helps to overcome fuel crisis to a great extent. With a minimum investment any domestic house can install the Unit and start reaping the benefits. This helps the local municipal bodies to save huge recurring expenses that incur from collection and transportation of domestic waste to a recycling or landfill plants.

Institutions like Residential or boarding Schools, hostels, hospitals, convents, hotels, canteens etc always face disposal problems of waste due to large quantity of food preparation. Large quantities of firewood, LPG and other cooking fuels are consumed for routine cooking purposes. Bio-Ren is keen to educate these institutions about the advantage of using their kitchen waste to generate alternative energy sources.
